🎙️ City Girls Decoded

Season 2, Episode 5
Spinning the Block on an Ex: Yes or No?

This week, we're talking about one of the oldest questions in dating: should you ever go back to an ex?

After getting a random call from an ex completely out of the blue, I'm sharing my thoughts on why some people always seem to pop back up when you've finally found your peace.

In this episode, we're getting into:

💋 Why exes suddenly reappear when you're doing better

✨ The difference between missing you and missing access to you

🚩 What it really means when someone says they've been "keeping tabs" on you

🧘🏾‍♀️ Protecting your peace when old energy comes knocking

😂 Why sending me pictures of your mama isn't the selling point you think it is

💕 When spinning the block might actually make sense

❌ When it's time to leave the past exactly where it belongs

Grab your wine, your blunt, your snacks, or whatever gets you comfortable, because we're having a real conversation.

Sometimes growth looks like moving on. Sometimes healing looks like not answering the phone.

SPEAKER_01

Welcome to the conversation. City girls, they call it.

SPEAKER_00

Let's talk about it. What up, what up, what up, what up, y'all. And hey, go getters. It's your girl Morgan Chanel. And we are back with a new episode of City Girls Decoded. And this is episode five of season two. And the name of this episode is Spinning the Block on the Next, Yes and M. Because y'all already know that you know. We gotta tour because why does Ninka try to spin the block? Yes. The nigga. The my last nigga, yes. He tried to spin the block and glow goodness. We gotta get into it. So I'ma just go ahead and jump right into this shade because we don't need no real. It's nothing, it's it's really no intro. I don't really got nothing to tell you guys other than I hope you guys are streaming the EP Evolution and also the Backyard remix featuring Mali got bands. Please go stream that. You guys know that I work in education. So between the hours of 8 a.m. and 3, I am unavailable. So he calls me and nobody calls me black, right? So I already immediately already knew who it was. I'm like send us a voicemail. He calls again. He calls about two, three more times. So at this point, I I'm like somebody had to die. So let me answer. Not that I would give a fuck because I really don't. So hello? He like, hey, whatever, but whatever. I'm just trying to check up on you. Make sure you alive. Make sure I'm alive. Excuse me? Make sure I'm alive? Now, y'all know me and this nigga ain't talk in forever. It's like it's no reason for you to be calling me. It's no reason for you to be making sure I'm alive. I just I feel like the way it ended was so bad that I don't understand why he would even, you know what I'm saying? Like why he would even give a fuck if I was alive or not. Because I damn sure don't, you know what I'm saying? Give a fuck if he kicking. I honestly don't, you guys. The nigga was calling me for no reason. No emergency, no life-changing news. Just decided to pop up. Just like disturbing my fucking peace. And the crazy part is the conversation immediately reminded me of why he's my ex because niggas start smiling, talking about something. Oh, I ain't working the hospital. I tried this car. I got this. You are a fucking bum. Like, sir, do you think I forgot who you are? It's only been a short year and a half. Like, are you shitting me? But let's go ahead and jump into topic number one. I'm gonna ask y'all, why do exes come back? Like, I really want to know why exes always seem to come back when you finally doing good. You know what I'm saying? When you're depressed, silent, when you're struggling, the motherfuckers is missing, and no, you don't expect them to be there while you're struggling because the motherfuckers wasn't there when y'all were together, you know what I'm saying? And you were struggling, so of course not. But the second you start glowing, you know what I'm saying, working on yourself, you look good, you feeling good, you know, you losing weight, you getting your money together, you dropping music, you building your brand. Here come, and I don't know if it's regret, I don't know if it's ego, or if it's just can't stand seeing you happy without them.

SPEAKER_02

Excuse me.

SPEAKER_00

Because like let's be honest, some people don't miss you, they miss having access to you. Now here's where the conversation gets weird because you had all the access to me all the time, you know what I'm saying? Like you had all the access to me in the world, and you didn't do right by it. And now, honestly, I'm at a stage in my life where if you don't, you know what I'm saying? If I don't want to talk to you, you cannot get in contact with me. You know what I'm saying? Like, I like you cannot get in contact with me. Hold on, y'all. Like, I need to be so hard to get in contact with me, like my handless, handlers, handlers, gotta handle. Like you can't, like you can't, you know what I'm saying. Only way you can kind of keep up with me is if you do social media, in the words of the great, one of the greatest rappers of all time, one of the greatest rappers alive, Jay-Z, Jigger said, if it wasn't for these pictures, y'all wouldn't see me at all. And that goes for old friends, you know what I'm saying? Frenemies, enemies, exes. That brings me into topic two. This nigga tell me, yeah. Oh boy, tell me I know what you've been up to. I seen your little podcast. Little, yeah, okay. He said it came across his for you page on TikTok or some shit like that. He been, but the gist of it is that nigga been keeping his tabs. He said he'd been keeping his tabs on me. And honestly, maybe one day I'll give y'all the full breakdown of all the fucking turmoil this nigga put me through, you know what I'm saying? But just let's just say it ended terribly. I don't understand why he would even be, you know what I'm saying, wanting to keep tabs on me in the first place, you know why? Because I was the best bitch you ever fucking had, bum ass nigga. Like keeping tabs, what the fuck does that even mean? Because like, are you stalking me? Because this is my thing, we not together no more. And let me tell y'all, I'm so like I'm the type of person who I don't really like to change my routine. Like, it's hard for me to get into like new routines and you know what I'm saying, like changing up shit. So where I live, we have like we don't have like a bell that's in the apartment per se. So what we have is like when they ring, when like if I have a package, or if I have a visitor and they they'll ring my bell, it comes directly to my mobile device, right? So my phone, I have like an iPad that's like in the kitchen. Like if I'm not near my phone, I can um ring the bell, right? Open the door for somebody. And because he was my man, he was living here at the time, he had the act, the access to the Instacom system as well. I changed that shit because one day he called me, right? And he was like, he was like, who the fuck is that at the door? Mind you, we wasn't together. Nigga, you mind you, y'all, let me tell y'all. So the day we finally finally broke up for real. He he said that he had a he was going to go to like the inland empire. If you're from LA or like Marine Overlay, he was going to the valley somewhere to work with his uncle, get some to make some money. They was going to work on the house, or whatever, because uncle got a contracting business, or whatever. He's going to work with his uncle and get some money. Right. All right, no problem. So long story short, he does not come back. Like he goes to his mom's house, he does not come back. Then he starts calling me on some bullshit, whatever, whatever. So, you know, I already know what that means. He kind of wants to take a break, or whatever, I guess. I don't know. Like, you know, because we kind of go through this circle. This is we was in like this in this loop of him starting a fight, you know what I'm saying? Wanna go to his mom's house for a little for a couple of weeks or whatever, whatever. And excuse me, that's not that's my dog in the background.

SPEAKER_01

Excuse me, hold on.

SPEAKER_00

He would go to his mom's house and he would basically like stay there for a while. And you know, I got tired of that, you know, that back and forth, oh, one minute you at your mother's house, one minute you here. Like, I got tired of that shit. So I was done. Because before that, we had been through so much. I was tired, I was just tired, you know what I'm saying? So what I did was I packed up his shit and I sent it to his mom's house and over, and I was really done. And he had like a couple of things that I forgot, you know what I'm saying? Because I was like hastily packing that shit, but it wasn't like let me tell you, yeah, I packed the food and everything because he was such a bum ass singer, he wanted his little food that he put in, and I packed it all up, it was like that, it got that bad. So um, yeah, I was done. So when I found out that he still had the app on his phone, he was checking to see who was coming to visit me. And mind you, it wasn't all my it was like delivery people. Like I was like, oh hell no. So I fucking called up the people and changed my passwords, the email, whatever, changed that shit, and logged out of all devices, and that was the end of that. You know what I'm saying? I feel like at that point, it was no, it was no looking. I was really done. Like you have no access to me. I blocked him, don't call me. He called me on like Thanksgiving or some shit. He called me on my birthday, then he call me on Thanksgiving. Nigga, what are you calling me for? So it's like I just feel like why are you monitoring my life? Are you checking my socials? Are you he can't possibly be asking me true friends because we don't really have any and my friends don't like him? Like, I don't fuck with you, nigga. My homegirls don't fuck with you, like nobody fuck with you. So why are you sitting around watching what I'm doing? Why? Because let's be very fucking clear. That's not romantic. Honestly, real talk. This shit is fucking weird. So if you listening to this, if you hear this, leave me alone. For real. Because here's the thing. You had a chance, I gave you five years, and it was a shitty fucking five years. I wish I could get it back. Honestly, I would I really wish I'd do, but like time is one of the things that you cannot ever, ever get back. And hey, you know, it is what it is, right? Like, I can't get that time back, unfortunately. I have a question for y'all. Have you ever had ex admit they were secretly keeping up with you, like with your life after a breakup? I want to hear about that. Drop down in the comments wherever you hear this, wherever this is posted, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook. First of all, make sure y'all following City Girls Decoded across all platforms, bitch. Like, if you're not following City Girls Decoded, what the fuck are you doing? And yeah, that brings me into topic number three. Why do motherfuckers like when people see you in a better place? Like, why do they want to, you know what I'm saying? Like, when people see you in a better place, what the fuck makes some niggas decide to want to spin the block? You know what I'm saying? Like, oh, let me see what short these are wear. I see she, nah, hell no, nigga. Cause it was this is it, it was, it was, it was, it was the same, it was giving the same thing when you was over here, but you took her for grinning. I think what bothers me the most was realizing that he was talking to the old version of me. You know what I'm saying? That he I feel like he thought that he was talking, he was dealing with the old version of Morgan. And, you know, the version of me that would have entertained the bullshit, all the foolishness that that came with him, you know, all the motherfucking games he played. The version of me that would have felt obligated to, you know what I'm saying, explain myself. And honestly honestly, like just talking to the motherfucker for five minutes was so draining. It was drain it drain me, because like, yeah, off rent, the nigga started lying. So he calls me, he calls me, he like, yeah, I'm on my way to work. So I used to work at Kaiser on Cadillac, shout out to Kaiser, if you know, you know. I was when I worked there, I was like working for like the EVS department. Those are like the people who clean, make sure everything in the hospital was clean and basically clean and disinfected, and you know what I'm saying? Everything from the bathrooms to the rooms to the staff, you know, everything garbage cans, everything. Make sure everything is filled, you need anything, clean sheets, anything. That was us. So he's like, Oh, I do what you used to do when you worked in the hospital. Okay, he like, yeah, and I got a new car. I got a I gotta he said he got a stinger, a Kia Stinger, mind you. Like when we were together like a couple of years ago, I had when like the stinger had first came out. I have one in that car. I was like, Well, I want that car so bad. He said, Oh, he drives that. So after he said, after he talks about the stinger, I have the train in the background. So he like, yeah, I just parked my car and then take the train. Nigga, no, you don't. Who does that? You drove, so you drove all the way to the train station, park your car. Like, he not, it's not like he people do do that, like, but if you live in the city, you you you nine times out of ten, you drive in from your, you know what I'm saying, your home to your destination, you're not getting on the train, like you're not you're not doing that because it's already a mission to drive from the train to your, you know what I'm saying, to your house so you're also just drive to your destination. So it was a fucking lie. The lie detector had determined that that was a motherfucking lie.

SPEAKER_01

So what do you what are you doing? What are you doing? So I call it me to my you calling me to say what exactly so it it was just so training. And You know.

SPEAKER_00

I was just like nigga, please go somewhere with all that fucking bullshit. It just really irritating me. Then he fucking called he was calling me. And I was like, you know, because at first I was gonna block him, but then I thought about my cousin. She will be so nice to her exes, you know. Like they text her on some bullshit, like you're not, you know, they text her. She just be like, oh, okay, hey, how you knowing? Whatever, whatever. You know, I was like, I'm gonna let me try something different. Let me try something new. You know, like I'll give him, like, I'll I like let me see, like, you know, hey, you know, because I'm in a I'm a new person, I'm in a new spot, new place in my life. Like, I don't hold grudges. So I, you know, I'ma talk to him. So remember what I said when the house of 8 to 3, I am, you know, at work. Um with my kitties, my kiddos. This nigga calls, this nigga texting, trying to call, have a conversation on the phone. I don't really, you know what I'm saying? I'm into my nighttime routine, bitch. I'm in bed, I'm watching guys grocery games on TV, scrolling on my phone, about to fall asleep. He's trying to talk and text. I don't got time for that. My phone's a do not disturb. He calling calling, nigga. I'm not, I'm going to sleep. He's like, oh, you don't go to sleep since when you became a grandma. You don't go to sleep at this time and this and that. What? Nigga, don't worry about what time I'm going to sleep. And if I tell you I'm going to sleep, I'm going to sleep. Like, that's it. That's all. You don't have access to me like that. Stop it. The nigga's a fucking sociopath. He thinks that every, he's such a fucking, oh my god. He's a sociopath and he's a fucking narcissist because like every like he thinks that he he thinks that he can control me. And I feel like just me trying to be nice and you know texting him back. He thought that he that opened up access to me, and he was going to be able to have access to me, and he was going to be able to do, you know what I'm saying? Like, he was going to be able to know. I nip that shit in the bud. Nigga, you are fucking weirdo. So don't call me. This is why I had you blocked in the first place. And he went back on the black list, and he will continue to be on the black list. And honestly, he's going to have to be like, you know what I'm saying? Like my other followers and engagers, like he's going to have to, he's going to have to listen to me via City Girls Decoded. Or he can listen to me in my music, you know what I'm saying? He's inspired some of the shit that I write about and I talk about in my song. So yeah, he can listen to that. If he wanna know what I'm doing, because I'll talk about it in the music. If he wanna know what I'm doing, he can listen, he can follow Morgan Channel, but he can't get access to me like that no more because I feel like you know, that version would have probably taken him back, the old version of me. But I'm not her no more, you know, like I feel like I worked too hard on myself, I've come too far. And honestly, it was just a never fucking ending circle of bullshit, the same shit all the time, over and fucking over. You know what I'm saying? I cannot. I remember one time. I was I had a fucking session, a studio session. Went to the studio to record a fucking song. And this motherfucker gets in the studio and shows his ass. Mind you, his Hebrew was featured on the record that I was recording at the time. We go get the boy, pick him up. We all go to the session together. The session is I've been recording at the same studio. Shout out to Green T Studio, shout out to Green T um Distro. I've been recording at that studio for years, right? Go in there, you know, we go there, the boy do I do my vocals, the boy laid down his vocals immediately. So after the boy laid down his vocals, first the boy laid down his vocals, right? So after the boy laid down his vocals, he go take the boy home. And I'm just like, what? Why are you taking him? Mind you, we we all live towards at the time, South LA, you know what I'm saying? So I feel like we in Santa Monica, we all gotta, why are you driving to Santa Monica? I mean, why you driving to South LA to drop this nigga off to come back to drive like in my fucking car, like you know what I'm saying? Like, like the iPod guy said, no, hold up. So I had to turn up on him in the studio about that, you know what I'm saying? And that was the situation embarrassing me in front of people. I think I already told y'all about the time, the performance, how the nigga showed his ass so bad, tried to leave me. Like, just it was just he's a hater. And I just feel like the shit that I had planned for my life, you know what I'm saying? No, he can't come, he ain't a part of that. And yeah, I suffer I sacrificed too much just to this point, and I was so much in love with him. Forget him holding me back, right? Forget what that I loved him so much, it was just too like it hurt so much all the time to keep coming back, you know what I'm saying? For like just the it was just too painful. Like, I can't put myself through that, I can't put my heart through that. It's just no. Um, yeah, that's over. That's over. I mean not doing that no more, you know? So yeah, I feel like I've sacrificed so much, like I said, and when you're finally in a healthy space, you start realizing like how chaotic certain people are really are. And I really took it first of all. Can I can I like like really talk to out for a second, like can we keep he? Like, for real, for real. Because I knew shit was first like I yo so y'all know I'm black. Shit, I was raised in the South Bronx and the motherfucking projects on Corland Avenue. So I feel like I like I knew I I grew up around some ghetto shit, you know what I'm saying? But I feel like my ghetto and other people's definition of ghetto are two different things, you know what I'm saying? I just feel like the shit that I grew up around calling ghetto was nothing compared to the things that this motherfucker, they family had going on, all the ghetto shit, the fighting and each other, and just it was just too much, you know. So like like some people just don't bring peace, they bring confusion, and I feel like that was a test from the universe seeing where my head was at, you know what I'm saying? Because bitch, no, absolutely not, and I feel like I almost fell for it, not in a sense that taking him back, like like because that would never, and I call him my cousin, he get mad, like, oh, you not nothing to me. So what the fuck you calling me for, nigga? Why you calling me if I'm not nothing to you? Why are you calling me? It makes no sense, make it make sense. Like, you calling me for what? Because you want to be something more than what it is, bitch, it's never gonna be that. So get that out your fucking head, you know what I'm saying? Like, but motherfuckers be bringing confusion, and I feel like once you get used to peace, confusion starts feeling loud, and just for them couple of you know what I'm saying, hours that we was in contact with each other, and I let him have access to me, it was fucking loud. So, yeah. The mama pitches now. Can we get can we discuss the most random part of the whole entire conversation? Now, his sister, she's still she graduated. Shout outs to her, and she's listening. I'm so proud of you. She always said that she was gonna be her mother first kid to graduate and go to college and shit like that. And it looks like she's on the right path to doing that. So, shout outs to her. I am so happy for her. He started sending me pictures of the I believe it was the graduation send-off. It was the graduation send-off, prompt send off, it was one of those. He started sending me fucking pictures of his sisters and stuff, and then he started sending this shit at his mother, him and his mother, and I'm just like, okay, you sending me this because what? Yeah. If you fucking know, you know, I do not fuck with this lady. Don't fuck with her at all. And she shouldn't fuck with me after all the shit she put me through, all the shit she said, that bitch took my mom, fucking said, mother. She violated. Why you send me piss to this fucking lady? Funny looking bitch. What was I supposed to do with that? Like, what the fuck? You know? Cause like let's be honest. Like I said, me and your mother was like never friends, you know. So I just don't understand. What should what like what should he like? You know, I feel like I was respectful of the fact that that was his mother, and when I first met him, you know, he wouldn't make his meet his mother so bad. And I was just like, okay, like, okay, whatever. You know I'm his mother though, but I should have known she wasn't shit because the first time this nigga like flipped the script, like started spazzing, he was drunk. I called her because I'm like, you know, that's his mother. You know, niggas love their mother. They gonna everybody listen to their mother. Girl, I called her, and she was just like, she didn't say shit, you know what I'm saying? Like basically, like this is what he does, and I'm just like, huh? This is normal. She hung up, girl. She was going home, she was on her way back to um, so they was living at the time in Palmdale, and we was on our way back to LA, mind you, we was like in Hemet somewhere far. So it's just, you know, I should have known she was weird from that interaction. And it just got weirder over the years. And once I've seen how he kind of, you know, interacted with his mother and the things that he did to her, and me being the person that I am in the way that I was raised, like trying to, you know, basically let him know, like, that's not cool. Like, fuck out of here, you know what I'm saying? Like, you don't do that like your mother. Bitch, to little did I know that was a fucking norm. I feel like I was competing with a bitch for her man, but that was her son, and I just wasn't feeling that, you know what I'm saying? So it's like, why you send me family updates? Like I'm still part of the family newsletter. Like, I don't, you know what I'm saying? Congratulations to your sister, but you give a fuck. Only person I actually honestly asked about was his son because you know the little boy lived here with us, and I really grew up on him, and he is a respectful, like it's just a loving little boy. Cowboy, be quiet. It's my dog, y'all hear over there making noise and moaning and growling. But um, yeah, and to look, I speaking of, I got the dog for the little boy, but he ended up going home to his mom, whatever, whatever. That's a story for another day. But the whole thing, I like I'm just not understanding the strategy. Like, was I supposed to suddenly get emotional? For real. Yeah. Hello, answer me. Like, was I supposed to be like, oh my god, let's get back together, because baby, that's not how this works. Like, mind you, I said something to him like, oh, you miss me. It's like something, it was something like, you know what I'm saying? Just trying to say what like what he was on. And he was like, you know, basically like off, like he like, you know, you miss me and you wanna and please, like if I wanna nigga absolutely not. And secondly, absolutely the fuck not. Are you are you are you good?

SPEAKER_01

Like, what we doing?

SPEAKER_00

And that brings me to topic uh number four. I mean, I'm sorry. You know, I've been yeah, I know the girl, I've been smoking a little bit of that collie green, so but anyway, topic number five. Should you ever spend the block? Now let's talk about the real question. Should you ever spend a block on an ex and personally mean I feel like I don't think an ex really ever deserved that because bitch you were ex for a motherfucking reason. So we not gonna even, you know what I'm saying? Like we're not gonna replay. You were asked for a reason, I don't fuck with you no more for a reason, so unless it was, you know what I'm saying, a situation where it was really wrong, right person, wrong time, and me personally, I ain't ever had that. I ain't yeah, any nigga I ever fucked with before and now it's ex for a reason, so I don't fuck with you no more, bitch. That's dead, you know. But with that being said, some people genuinely grow and some people genuinely change. In my case, so what the fuck happened to me last week, that bitch was on the same bullshit he been on, you know what I'm saying, forever and ever and ever and ever. So it it really don't it really do you know what I'm saying? It really don't matter. But what I can say is some motherfuckers just be lonely and loneliness is not growth. But I'm gonna try to listen because sometimes motherfuckers be lonely and a nigga could look like they changed, but see my n the nigga that I used to fuck with was such a bum ass, narcissistic piece of shit. Like he's such a bum ass, he's a mama's boy, like you know what I'm saying. He don't really gotta worry about shit because if he don't ever work, his mother's going to make sure he's good because, you know, and not even make sure he's good to like we out here, like really just to make sure he's alive, you know what I'm saying? I guess to make sure his clothes is clean and he's a fucking alcoholic, so she's gonna make sure he gets alcohol out. Day and make sure he gets food. Shit like that. But I still have to say because you know saying some people actually, you know what I'm saying, have the willpower to get a job and you know what I'm saying, do some some new shit, you know what I'm saying? Look like, oh, okay, you know what I'm saying? This nigga changed. Like he really, you know what I'm saying? Like, this is really something different. In all reality, it's not. That bitch was lonely. Missing access to somebody is not growth. Watching somebody level up and want to like watch somebody level up and want back in is not gross. It's like how you hating from outside the club and you can't even get in. You know what I'm saying? Like, what is that? I honestly thought it was a little weird that old boy even said that he was even keeping tabs on me, because it's like, bitch, why? Why would you I would never tell somebody like, hey, I seen you like I you know like what? Why? That's weird, like the fuck. Especially if we you know I'm saying ended with some bullshit.

SPEAKER_01

So yeah.

SPEAKER_00

You know what I'm saying? Play with you. Don't let a lonely bitch back in your fucking life. Fuck lonely, them lonely ass niggas, niggas. You go on die lonely. Well, you know what I'm saying? Like a bitch five times stupid to fucking do. Cause don't fucking play with me. Anyway, take accountability.

SPEAKER_01

Growth is taking accountability.

SPEAKER_00

And that's a lot of you niggas' issue. Y'all don't never want to take accountability for shit. It's always somebody else's fault, but yours, nigga. Like at what point, you know what I'm saying? Okay, you was raised by a bitch that wasn't shit, you know what I'm saying? The father was absent, whatever, whatever. But at what point do you become a grown man and you realize right from wrong?

SPEAKER_01

Excuse me.

SPEAKER_00

You know, and you take accountability for the fuck shit that you do or the fuck shit that you did because you knew that it was wrong, right? Growth is changed behavior, like you can't keep thinking that you can go into situations with the same behavior and get, you know what I'm saying, like and get different results. Like you're gonna keep getting the same results each and every time. And what they say, like I feel like this, like, what is it like like if like like basically if you keep going at something and expecting change, the FOIS it becomes like a bitch manic, like like it's a little manic, like what you you keep going at something the same way, the same, like exactly the same, no change whatsoever, but you you're expecting different results, and it's just not going to happen, bitch. It's not so change and growth is consistency. Be consistent. I know it's hard. I know it's hard, like they say if you do something for 21 days, it becomes a habit. So just kind of think about it like that, like 21 days at a time, like 21 days at a time, like just keep trying to be consistent and ask a while before you know it. It'll be a part of your routine. And you know, that'll be that. Like, that'll fucking be that. I feel like and honestly, if none of that exists, that's exactly what exactly are we going back to real. So y'all, that's my story. My ex spun the block. I love him standing on the corner, but I want to hear from y'all. If an ex call you tomorrow and said they want another chance, would you answer? Would you hear them out or would you leave them in the past exactly where the fuck they've been on? Let me know. This has been City Girls Decoded raw, unfiltered, and very motherfucking necessary. And before I go, I want to remind y'all, please stream the new single Back Your Way BYW Remix featuring Molly Got Bands. Thank you so much. This is your girl Morgan Chanel signing off until next time. Glow get us.
